Become a member of Sport Gulf Harbour Charitable Trust

Please fill out the form below to submit your details and receive a Sport Gulf Harbour Membership Card with sponsors discounts and benefits.  Membership costs are $10 per term (card and gift are not included), $30 per annum or $50 per annum for a family for the calendar year Jan-Dec. This is renewable each annual registration at the beginning of each year.

Please pay your membership using one of these methods:

• Post your payment to Sport Gulf Harbour, 51 Pacific Parade, Army Bay.
• Pay directly into our bank account (12-3084-0283514-000) using your surname as reference.
• Please send an email to treasurer@sportgulfharbour.co.nz with the amount you have paid, childs full name, team name if appropriate and Sport they are playing.
• You will receive a paper receipt as confirmation within a fortnight from your relevant sport delegate or team manager.  No online emails will be sent.

Secondly, please contact your sport delegate to arrange organisation into a team. Contact details are on the sport information pages.

Please note: Any Medical Issues are the responsibility of the parents/guardians and should be disclosed to your Coach/Delegate.

Hardship Scholarship:
At Sport Gulf Harbour we realise that there are financial challenges for some families within our community. The Committee have decided to offer a limited amount of Sports Scholarships each year to families who qualify. These Scholarships will cover Membership to Sport Gulf Harbour and the Sports Code costs. For consideration please apply in writing to: The Chairperson, Sport Gulf Harbour Charitable Trust, 51 Pacific Parade, Army Bay, Whangaparaoa.

	We agree to the Sport Gulf Harbour Fair-Play Agreement  We (the Player/s and Parents/Guardians) agree to: Remember that Players play for their enjoyment. That as a Player, I should strive to achieve my personal best. Reinforce the fact that an honest effort is as important as winning. Respect the rules of my sport. Respect the offcials of the game (this includes the Coach & Manager) and never question their honesty and decisions. Recognise good play of opponents and team mates. Encourage good sporting behaviour and promote Fair Play. Play fair at all times and allow the Captain, Coach or Manager to deal with disputes. Commitment, attendance and punctuality for all games and practices. Control our tempers and our language at all times. Remember that breaking the above Rules of the Fair Play Agreement will result in suspension.
